Switching from Classplus, answered
No. Migrating your data is the whole point of the switch, and we treat it as our job, not yours. Your batches, learner accounts and contacts, course content, recordings, and payment history come across to Vacademy. Your old platform stays live for 30 days as a safety net, and your data is always yours to export again later.
Most coaching institutes are fully switched in 2–4 weeks, depending on how much content and how many batches you have. Setup and basic onboarding are usually done within the first few days; the rest of that window is content import, app store publishing, and a careful cut-over so learners notice an upgrade, not a disruption.
It comes with you. Your web academy runs on your own domain with your branding, and your Android and iOS apps are published under your own developer accounts — so the brand your students already know stays exactly the same. If you don’t have a domain or developer accounts yet, we set them up with you during onboarding.
No. We preserve active subscriptions and past payments during migration, so existing learners keep access without re-paying. They get a short WhatsApp and email note that their app has been upgraded — same login, more features — rather than being asked to start over.
Yes. Vacademy connects to your own Razorpay (or equivalent) merchant account, so student fees land directly in your account and you stay in control of payouts, refunds, and GST invoicing. We don’t sit between you and your money.
