Yes. Recordings and full call history are included on every plan, and each recording is stored against the lead it belongs to.

Do I need my own telephony or SIM setup?

No. Calling runs on Vacademy's telephony. As required by Indian telecom regulation, DLT/PE registration (₹5,900/year) is charged separately at actuals.

What happens after the included minutes?

Usage beyond 1,750 minutes in a month is billed at the volume rate of ₹3.49/min. On the annual CRM + Voice plan every minute is ₹3.49 flat from the first minute.

Does the annual plan have a minute commitment?

No. The annual plan is pure pay-per-use — ₹19,999/year for the platform, then you pay only for the minutes you actually use. In quieter months, you pay nothing for calling.

Can I start small and upgrade?
