The status quo is costing your team time and money
Questions live in 100 Word docs
Every teacher has their own folder of question docs. Same question appears 5 times in different formats; nobody knows what's canonical; reusing across exams is a manual nightmare.
Manual paper assembly is high-risk and slow
Building a balanced paper (right difficulty mix, right Bloom level mix, right topic coverage) by hand takes a senior SME 4–6 hours per paper — and often misses the blueprint.
You can't share questions safely
Sharing your question bank with another teacher means emailing a Word doc that may leak. There's no role-based access, no audit trail, no expiry on sensitive papers.
Inside the bank
Search · filter · blueprint · assemble
Live filters, discrimination data per question, blueprint matching, and one-click paper assembly.

Bulk-import → tag → generate paper → audit
Banks are versioned, role-controlled, and connected to Online Exams + AI Quiz Generator + AI Auto-Evaluation. Every question has lineage; every paper is auditable.
Import your existing questions
Bulk-import DOCX, CSV, or Excel. Math expressions auto-parse via Mathpix. AI auto-tags each question with topic, Bloom level, and a starting difficulty rating.
Curate + organise
Drag-organise into chapters, topics, sub-topics. Mark questions as 'gold' (vetted), 'draft', or 'archive'. See cohort-performance data per question after first use.
Generate a paper to blueprint
Define a paper blueprint: 'Class 9 Algebra · 25 questions · 40% Remember, 30% Apply, 30% Analyse · difficulty band 2–4'. Vacademy builds a paper that matches.
Run + learn
Use the paper in Online Exams. After learners attempt it, per-question performance data flows back into the bank — discrimination scores, time-to-answer, common-wrong patterns.
What's inside
A real question-bank engine — not a folder
Private + public banks
Each institute has private banks (your IP). Optionally share specific banks publicly (e.g. for free mock-test marketing) or with partner institutes.
Bulk DOCX / CSV import
Parse 500-question DOCX papers automatically. Math (LaTeX), options, correct answers, explanations — all extracted into structured records.
Auto-tagging
AI tags every question with topic, sub-topic, Bloom level (Remember → Create), and difficulty (1–5). Tags drive paper generation + analytics.
Blueprint paper generator
Define a paper blueprint (counts × Bloom levels × difficulty × topics) and Vacademy assembles a paper that matches — in seconds, repeatable, auditable.
Version history + audit
Every edit is versioned with timestamp and editor. Roll back to any prior version. Useful for academic integrity and accreditation audits.
Cohort-performance data
After each use, see how the cohort actually performed on each question. Discrimination score, time-to-answer, top-wrong-option — re-balance papers based on data.

Frequently asked
Common questions from buyers
Can we bulk-import our existing DOCX papers?+−
Yes. Vacademy parses DOCX, DOC, and CSV — including math formulas (via Mathpix), MCQ options, correct answers, explanations, and any inline metadata. Most customers import their entire historical bank in days.
What about copyright on shared banks?+−
Your private bank stays private — it's your IP. Public banks are opt-in only, with attribution and licence controls. You can also publish public banks under CC licences if you want them indexable.
How does the blueprint generator decide?+−
You provide a blueprint as a matrix of constraints — counts per Bloom level × difficulty band × topic. The generator solves the constraint and assembles a paper matching the spec. If the bank can't satisfy the blueprint, it tells you which constraint is short and how many more questions you need.
Can questions be reused across exams?+−
Yes. Each question has a 'usage history' — which papers, which cohorts, what date. You can configure rules like 'don't reuse a question for 12 months' or 'only reuse in practice papers, not graded'.
What about translating questions into other languages?+−
AI translation per question is one-click and verified — you see the source + translated side-by-side and approve before saving. Math expressions are preserved exactly across languages.
