Why teams switch

The status quo is costing your team time and money

Teachers spend more time on prep than teaching

Notes, quizzes, flashcards, recap slides, parent summaries — every class needs a tail of artefacts. Most teachers either skip them or work weekends to produce them.

6+ hours per week reclaimed per teacher

Recordings are dead weight

Zoom recordings pile up unused. No one re-watches a 90-min class. No quiz tests recall. The most expensive content in your academy goes to waste.

Every recording becomes 5+ reusable assets

Quality drifts across instructors

Top instructors produce great notes; junior ones cobble something together at midnight. Learners experience the same course differently based on which teacher they got.

Consistent artefact quality across every teacher

Inside the Copilot

From a class recording to a full artefact set

How it works

From live session to teaching-ready artefacts in minutes

Vacademy AI service ingests audio + slides + chat from the live session (or any Zoom recording), runs transcription, runs a chain of agents, and writes back into your course workspace.

01

Capture the session

Works on Vacademy Live Sessions (automatically), Zoom / Meet recordings (drag-drop), or even raw MP3 / MP4 lecture uploads. Audio, slide changes, and chat all become structured input.

02

Transcribe + structure

Multi-language transcription with speaker diarisation. The structuring agent breaks the lecture into logical sections (intro, concept, example, practice, recap).

03

Generate the artefact set

Notes (Markdown + PDF), recap quiz (5–10 MCQs), vocabulary flashcards, chapter summary (1-page), and the next-class plan with prerequisites and homework.

04

Auto-publish + share

All artefacts land in the chapter inside Vacademy. Optionally auto-share parent / learner digests via the Notification Hub — and feed the next-class Lecture Planner.

What's inside

A teaching assistant that actually does the work

Map these to your workflow →

Notes generator

Section-structured Markdown notes with code blocks, math formulas, and key-term highlighting. Edit inline or push as-is. Available as PDF + DOCX too.

Recap quizzes

5–10 MCQs auto-generated from what was actually taught — not the syllabus in theory. Quizzes adapt to the depth and examples covered in *this* class.

Vocabulary flashcards

Key terms extracted with definitions and example sentences from the lecture context. Sync to a spaced-repetition deck per learner automatically.

Chapter summary

One-page summary card (PDF + image) — shareable to parent WhatsApp, learner inbox, or printable handout.

Next-class Lecture Planner

Pre-class assistant: given today's actual coverage + learner quiz scores, suggests what to teach next, where to slow down, and which examples to bring.

Translation + multi-language

Notes, quizzes, and summaries auto-translate to 30+ languages — useful for multilingual cohorts and parent communications.

Connected to the platform

Artefacts become teaching workflows, not Word docs

Every output is a first-class object in Vacademy — quizzes run as graded assessments, notes attach to chapters, flashcards land in spaced-repetition decks, summaries get distributed via the Notification Hub.

Auto-publish notes to the corresponding chapter so absent learners catch up immediately.

Run the recap quiz as a graded homework with one click — scores feed the analytics dashboard.

Send the chapter summary to parents via WhatsApp on the day of the class.

Pre-load tomorrow's lecture deck with the Lecture Planner's suggestions.

Frequently asked

Common questions from buyers

Do you actually listen to my class? What about privacy?+

Audio is transcribed using your institute's isolated AI service instance. Recordings and transcripts are not used for shared model training and are deleted on a configurable retention schedule (default 90 days). You can also self-host the AI service for full data control.

Will the AI mis-transcribe local dialects or Hindi-English code-switching?+

Vacademy's transcription is tuned for Indian-English, Hindi-English code-switching ('Hinglish'), and regional dialects. Word-error rate for Hindi-English code-switching is under 4% in production deployments.

Can the quizzes test what was actually covered, not just the syllabus?+

Yes — that's the whole point. The Copilot uses the actual transcript + slide changes + examples used in this class as the basis for the quiz. Skip a topic and the quiz skips it; teach an extra example and a question may test it.

Does it work with Zoom recordings, not just Vacademy Live Sessions?+

Yes. Drag in any MP4/MP3/MOV (or paste a Zoom Cloud share link, or upload a Google Meet recording). The Copilot ingests audio + (if available) slides and chat, then produces the same artefact set.

Can I edit the generated artefacts before publishing?+

Yes. Every artefact is presented as an editable draft. Teachers can rewrite a quiz question, replace a flashcard, or rephrase a note section before the artefact pushes to the chapter. Publishing is always an explicit click.

Stop prepping. Start teaching.

Bring one class recording — we'll show you the artefact set.

Drop us a 60-minute class recording (in any language). We'll process it live in a 30-min session and walk through the notes, quizzes, flashcards, summary, and next-class plan the Copilot produces.
