Can we use our existing certificate design?+−
Yes. Upload your current PSD / PNG / PDF design as the background; place dynamic data slots (name, course, date, QR) on top in the visual designer. Or import a Vacademy-template and tweak from there.
How does verification work?+−
Each certificate has a unique UUID embedded in a QR code. Anyone scanning the QR (or visiting verify.vacademy.io/[uuid]) sees a public verification page with the learner name, course, issue date, grade (if shown), and authenticity status. Revoked certificates show as such.
Can certificates be issued in multiple languages?+−
Yes. Templates can have multi-language variants (e.g. English + Hindi + Tamil). Learners receive the language matching their cohort or their profile preference. Signature blocks and seals stay in their native form.
What about digital signatures and trust?+−
Each certificate is cryptographically signed and hashed; the public verification page proves the certificate hasn't been tampered with. For enterprise customers we also support DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)-based signing for India-specific compliance.
Can we revoke a certificate after issue?+−
Yes. Revocation is one click and the public verification page updates immediately to show 'Revoked' with a reason field (optional). Reissues use the same URL, so any QR / link already shared continues to resolve correctly to the new version.
