How do you prevent cheating?+−
Vacademy ships layered integrity controls: variant question sets, randomised options, seat-by-seat shuffling, configurable copy-paste blocks, attempt timing analysis, and (optionally) webcam-based proctoring. For coding questions, we run automatic plagiarism detection across the cohort and historical submissions.
Can we use our existing question banks?+−
Yes. Import DOCX / DOC question papers and Vacademy parses them into structured questions automatically — including MCQ options, correct answers, and math expressions (via Mathpix). You can also upload CSV banks or build new ones inside the platform.
How does AI auto-evaluation work for essays?+−
You provide a rubric (criteria + weight + scoring band). The AI scores each essay against the rubric and produces a justification you can review. The grader sees confidence scores and can override anything; the AI never publishes a grade you haven't approved.
Can we run a free public quiz / mock test?+−
Yes — there's a public assessment tool for open registration and lead generation. Anyone can sign up, take the test, get a branded report card, and land in your CRM automatically.
