Build templates with merge variables ({{learner.name}}, {{course.title}}). WhatsApp templates go through Meta approval inside the hub; email templates render in a visual builder.

Send one message via WhatsApp + email + push simultaneously. Audience can be cohort, segment, lead-stage, manual list, or anyone the Automation Engine routes here.

Does Vacademy supply the WhatsApp Business Service Provider, or do we bring our own?+

Either. We default to Wati (recommended) and help with the Meta Business approval. If you already have an existing BSP, bring your credentials and we'll route through it.

How do you handle template approval?+

Inside the hub, you draft a template, submit for Meta approval, and see status updates in real time. Approved templates become reusable across the Automation Engine; rejected ones come with the reason and an edit suggestion.

What about regulatory compliance — DLT, India?+

Yes. DLT registration for SMS, opt-in capture for WhatsApp, unsubscribe handling for email, and TRAI / DPDP / GDPR-friendly audit logs. Used in production by Indian academies.

Can we A/B test messages?+

Yes. Send variants to different audience splits and the hub auto-tracks which variant drove higher open / click / response. Winning variant can be promoted to the full audience automatically.

Does this support voice / SMS / RCS as well?+

SMS is built in. Voice (IVR) and RCS are on the roadmap. For now, the four core channels (WhatsApp, email, push, SMS) cover 99% of academy needs.
